Ramadan Recipe: Exotic Lassi

Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit. Traditional lassi (a.k.a., “salted lassi”, or simply “lassi”) is a savoury drink, sometimes flavoured with ground and roasted cumin. I love Mango Lassi its one of my favorites and here is the recipe

Ingredient:

  • 1 Cup Fresh fruit of your choice (Mango, Jackfruite or Pineapple)
  • 1/2 Milk
  • 1/3 cup bio live yogurt

method

  1. put all the ingredients in a blender and wizz for 1 min I’m using the nutri ninja so it does it in 1 min on Auto iQ but if you need longer then its ok as long as the consistency is smooth
  2. also you can use tinned fruit if that what you prefer just try and drain the water from the fruit otherwise the consultancy will be too runny
  3. If you decide to use fruit pulp which you can also do use only 1/2 pulp
